About Us

The Rowley Public Education Fund (RPEF) was established in 1986 as community-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of parents, members of the business community, and educators who share a passion for enhancing the quality of education for Rowley's Pine Grove Elementary School students.

Our mission is to generate financial resources through donations, grants, and fundraising events to support, expand, and enrich the academic experience of Rowley's Pine Grove Elementary School children by supplementing core curriculum in the areas of art, music, math, and science with a focus on improving literacy levels for all grades. We strive to provide relevant and essential learning experiences that shape lifelong benefits. In addition, we provide funding for programs and projects that may not receive funding from traditional sources such as the district budget or state aid.
